All in-stock orders are usually shipped from our worldwide distribution facility within 24 hours of receipt of your order and payment confirmation. In the event we are temporarily out of stock on any frame in your order, please allow approximately four to eight weeks for your frame to be handcrafted by our master artisans and delivered to your door. ORDERS IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A. & CANADA
We ship our frames to any destination in the Continental USA. Our low shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your order. Please view your exact shipping charges by clicking on this link: Shipping Price Chart. We ship all orders either by FedEx, UPS, U.S. Postal Service, or trucking company. Any oversize orders that are too large to be shipped by UPS or FedEx will be assessed an additional $99 oversize shipping charge. All oversize orders will be shipped by a trucking company that will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment for the delivery of your order. An Art Frames USA representative will call you after you place your order to collect the oversize shipping charge.

We offer shipment of our frames to any worldwide destination. All international orders are shipped via air and are subject to an international air transport surcharge This additional shipping charge will be supplied to you from an ArtframesUSA.com representative after your order is confirmed, or if you prefer, you may contact us prior to placing your order to receive the additional surcharge shipping quote. The surcharge shipping costs will vary according to your order and shipping address.
EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS
If you require expedited delivery of your order, we offer the following options: FedEx Express Priority Overnight (next business morning delivery), FedEx Express Standard Overnight (next business afternoon delivery) and FedEx Express 2 Day (2nd business day delivery). We ask that you call us at 1-800-660-0278 from anywhere in the USA or Canada (a free call from anywhere in Canada) to place your order and at that time specify which type of expedited shipping option you wish. Please note there is an additional charge for expedited shipping and we would be happy to quote you the cost for each option.
UPS OR FEDEX ORDER TRACKING
You will be sent a confirmation E-Mail after the shipment of your order, which will include a UPS or FedEx Tracking Number necessary to locate your order and obtain an estimated delivery date.
